It is hard to believe almost a year has passed since I wrote in this journal and that in a few months it will be two years since I had surgery. I am not 100% and may never be. That has been a long journey. It is not that I have given up on continued improvement, but sometimes it is a bit trying.
Reaching out to help others is the best medicine.
