Have Braces - ouch they chafe the legs. The mechanical odessey begins.

Hi, and welcome tomy blog. Perhaps you are the first to arrive. Perhaps you have just filled out the course evaluation. Wherever you came from I am glad you are here. Today I found out I have to get both my knees replaced. I already knew I needed one, from having surgery last year.

All I can do is make my life an example for others, and yes perhaps tear out a few clumps of hair. We shall see. Join me won't you. Not in hair pulling, but in the journey.
